Lucy began her career in Financial Services with Sanlam, one of the largest Financial Services companies in South Africa, at their Head Office in Cape Town in 2006.
Starting as a Process Assistant, moving to Telephonic Client Care Representative, then a Branch Client Care Representative and finally a Regional Manager Support Assistant. After 16 loyal years, Lucy left Sanlam in 2022 to move to the UK with her family and settled in East Sussex.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family. Together they enjoy watching rugby, having a ‘braai’ (a South African barbeque) and exploring the UK.
She enjoys gaming with her son, and being creative with her daughter, who has a love of art. They recently welcome a dachshund puppy, Cooper, who is keeping them all busy but have them all fighting for cuddles.
